All letters sent by GM Records via courier companies are insured.

In the moment of the receipt, client should in the presence of the courier inspect the parcel in order to exclude the risk of her possible damage. In case of any damage or loss of the parcel, the representative of the courier company is obliged to draw the protocol of the damage up in the presence for the recipient.In the protocol should be wrote the date and the hour of delivering and the description of damage or loss of the parcel. Protocol correctly drawn up (signed by the recipient and the courier) is a ground for paying a compensation. As a result of accepting without qualification by the Recipient of the parcel, all claims against the delivering company are dying down.
However, it doesn't concern claims of invisible losses or damage to the parcel reported to the courier company by the Recipient not later than after the end of 2 days from the day of accepting the parcel.

Customer complaint on the side of GM Records
The customer complaint is being carried out in case of copying the protocol of the damage in the moment of the receipt of the parcel from the courier. In the moment of discovering damage or loss, customer should inform the employee of the GM Records stamping press of the existing fact in the sequence of 2 days from receiving the letter. Customer should provide GM Records with documents essential to file a complaint with 7 working days.
List of necessary documents:
• copy of the bill of lading signed by the Recipient.
• original of the protocol of the damage.
• written statement about relinquishing one's right for GM Records to seeking compensation by the Recipient.
Customer complaint on the side of the Recipient
The customer complaint is being carried out in case of reporting the hidden damage, not reported in the moment of the receipt of the parcel from the delivering courier. Customer should get in touch with the courier company delivering a parcel over the phone (the number is passed on the bill of lading), to report the existing situation and to act according to guidelines gave by the employee of the courier company.
List of necessary documents:
• written renouncing oneself by the sender for the recipient of the right to pursuing claims - document issued by the GM Records company
• letter of complaint (the No. of the letter, the value of the claim, the general information about the event and the name of the bank and the account number)
• authentic bill of lading
• purchase invoice – the original or the invoice on account of incurring costs of repair • protocol of the damage (original) – is required in case of damage or a part of losses of the parcel should be get from the courier during the receipt of the packet.
