Christmas concert with GM Records
On Saturday December 17, 2005 the ‘Glory – the Xmas Eve’ concert shall be held at Teatr Muzyczny in Łódź. The artists shall present modernised versions of carols from all over the world. CD’s and DVD’s which are the prevailing element of intriguing stage design were funded by GM Records. The way they are arranged makes them look like a Christmas tree.
- Providing support to young, gifted, and ambitious artists is inherent to our mission. We have very individual approach to every single instance of cooperation. We are truly glad when others can profit from our assistance, and that we can – at least to a small extent – contribute to their success – says Marek Grela, the Board President of GM Records.
It is the second time GM Records has provided the stage scenery for Teatr Muzyczny in Łódz. The first of the events took place on October 14, 2005, and was entitled ‘Colours of Love’. It was organised to celebrate the release of a new record by Boris Lavrenev of Lvov. The artist performed the good old tunes of the nineteen sixties, seventies and eighties. Thanks to support provided by GM Records, the vocalist could make his stage design visions come true. The concert was held on a futuristic stage made of hundreds of illuminated CD’s with hot-red roses – the symbol of Boris Lavrenev’s new record – blooming from them. The combination of the stage design elements with the play of light, makes a truly unforgettable visual impression.
