GM Records - Medallist
The medal awarded to GM Records is considered as the recommendation for the entirety of the offered services issued by the most important institution dealing with Poland’s relations with the European Union – the Office of the Committee for European Integration and the Business Center Club. It is also the confirmation that the Company complies with all legal standards and has obtained the required licences and patents. Whilst granting this distinction, the Verification Commission also evaluates whether and in what way the company uses the possibilities resulting from Poland’s accession to the European Union.

Poland’s accession to the European Union has provided the GM Records Company with a lot of possibilities which we consequently use through the increase of our share in the European markets. We hope that in the nearest future GM Records will become not only an absolute leader in the field of pressing all types of optical discs on the Polish market, but also in the majority of the EU member states - says Matylda Nosowska, Marketing Specialist at GM Records.
The European Medal has already been the second award that the Company has obtained this year. In March, GM Records was awarded the title of the Market Leader.
- We consider GM Records’ winning the second award in the first quarter of the year as a particular expression of the recognition for the effects of the Company’s new development strategy which has been implemented since the end of 2004. This factor is more valuable than gaining very good economic results. It shows how the market, not only an accountant, perceives us – adds Matylda Nosowska, Marketing Specialist at GM Records.
At present, the Company has been nominated to the Competition for the title of the European Market Leader. The Competition’s results will be published at the beginning of September 2005.
