GM Records playing with the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity
GM Records – the leader of the CD and DVD pressing market – won the auction for a golden phone card during the yesterday’s 14th Final of the Great Orchestra. The money collected shall be donated to treating children injured in accidents, and on organising CPR and fist aid coursers. Thanks to this year’s Final the Orchestra volunteers shall teach children – even those in first grades – how to call 911 or properly position an injured person, etc.
In another auction, supporting the Infant Flow - a non-invasive method of respiratory support for newborns – GM Records managed to win the third medal. During the last year’s event GM Records made the closing bid for the first medal supporting the Premature Babies Retinopathy Prevention & Treatment Project.
- The goals set by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity are always lofty. There is just no way you cannot support them. This is why GM Records is always eager to get involved in each Final. This year we managed to make the closing bid not only for the medal, but also a golden phone card. We hope that thanks to our support we will be able -at least to some extent - to contribute to the success of this year’s Final and to helping the youngest patients– said Marek Grela, the GM Records Board President.
