Official launch of DVDplus
Among invited guests there were the company’s clients and the media. The event was organized under the slogan ‘Success Galaxy’ and in this cosmic convention guests enjoyed themselves all the evening. During the party, GM Records’ partner was Bauer publishing house which was celebrating success of ‘PC Format’ magazine.
In the constellation of the Success Galaxy two new stars lit up – GM Records and PC Format; they werepresented by Master ‘Yoda’ himself who decided to quit the ‘Star Wars’ for a while. Maciej Kurzajewski, TVP1 presenter had an interactive talk with the master. GM Records owes its success in the galaxy to launching of an innovative optical carrier on the Polish market – DVD plus which is a hybrid of CD and DVD. Its virtues and broad possibilities of application in the cyberspace were presented by Kamila Rejmak – Sales Director.
Especially for this premiere, GM Records has prepared a production which makes use of DVDplus functions. The first ones to record their songs and video clips on the new disc were performers united in Kayax company – Kayah, Krzysztof Kiliański, Zakopower, Bisquit, Sofa, Novika, Maria Peszek, L.U.C., Mosquito, Smolik and Tatiana Okupnik.
An indisputable attraction of the evening was a performance joining dance with elements of body painting which opened the event as well as recital of Novika.
