2005 shall be remembered at GM Records as the time of major changes and accomplishments. One of the key decisions taken past year was to narrow the company profile down, i.e. to focus exclusively on pressing all types of optical disks.

GM Records was listed among the most thriving companies in Poland, according to the Business Gazelles 2005 ranking. The title is awarded by Puls Biznesu business daily and Coface Intercredit Poland Credit Information Agency.

In December 2005 the company was awarded, among others, ‘The Business Leader of the Year’ title, joining the prestigious circle of thriving companies, capable of tailoring their services to customers’ needs.

Between November 15 – 20, 2005 GM Records participated in the communications and multimedia fair in Spain.

Marek Grela, the Owner of GM Records, has been awarded the Summa Bonitas Statuette by the Foundation for Children To Be on Time with Help.

On Thursday, September 22, 2005, the concert tournée “The Coalition for Kids – Rock Tour” was launched. The Children’s Phantasy Foundation is the organiser of the concerts in Poland, with the GM Records Company acting as the partner of the campaign.

The decision on changing the range of the services offered results from the realisation of the next stage of the company’s development strategy which has been implemented since the last year.

Warsaw, June 15, 2005 – GM Records celebrates its fifteenth anniversary. During this period of time, the Company has undergone a long way from the manufacturer and the distributor of audio tapes, through the publisher, to the manufacturer of CDs and DVDs to become finally leader in the field of pressing all types of optical discs. Today, GM Records has been dynamically conquering European markets.

GM Records, the leader in the field of pressing all types of optical discs, was awarded the title of the EURO LEADER 2005. Thereby, it has been proved once again that the Company’s development strategy, as implemented since the last year, has been right.

The GM Records Company, being the leader in the field of pressing all types of optical disks, has begun the cooperation with the Archive of the Polish Experimental Film at the CCA.

GM Records, as the winner of the Promotional Competition MARKET LEADER 2005 in the category “Company”, whilst enjoying the victory, announces further steps towards supporting and building a strong, stable and valuable brand on the market.

Since the beginning of March, a new logo of the GM Records, the leader in the field of pressing all types of optical disks, has been introduced. The change of the basic visual identification sign is one of the actions determined in the Company’s development strategy which has been implemented since the last year.

GM Records, a leader in the optical disks pressing industry, was chosen to produce a single “Let’s Defeat the Wave”. The album was released on the occasion of organization of the charity concert for victims of the earthquake and the tsunami wave in Asia.

GM Records’ Employees have joined the activities whose aim is to bring help to the victims of the earthquake and the tsunami in Asia. Yesterday, in the head office of the Company, the money boxes were jointly opened to which they put money for this lofty purpose.
